首先进入 Project 的配置页面，添加「Docker Registry」Connection
如果使用的是 insecure 的 registry，这里的 Test Connection 无法通过 —— 但不用担心，只要最终 agent 的 docker config 正确配置了 insecure 那么是可以正常使用的
然后进入想要使用这个 Registry 的 Build 的配置页面，为其添加「Docker support」Build Feature，点击「 Add registry connection」选择刚才配置的 Registry
